We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Social Impact & Inclusion Program Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes for children, families, and communities. In this purpose-driven role, you’ll oversee the coordination, and reporting of Goodstart’s social impact programs – ensuring they are strategically aligned, well-governed, and supported by strong program and financial performance.
Reporting to the Head of Impact Measurement & Innovation, you’ll work closely with leaders across the organisation to ensure transparency, accountability and continuous improvement in everything we do – helping bring our bold social purpose agenda to life.
Your Impact:
Oversee the delivery and performance of multiple social impact and inclusion programs, ensuring alignment with Goodstart’s purpose and strategic goals
Lead the delivery of program and financial reporting across all social impact and inclusion initiatives, including budget planning, tracking, and reporting rhythms
Strengthen governance frameworks to support informed decision-making and ensure projects are delivered effectively and transparently
Use data insights and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased impact
Translate organisational goals into measurable actions and track delivery to time and budget
Identify challenges, solve problems, and provide practical, data-informed recommendations
Use tools like Power BI and Excel to analyse program data and present insights clearly and effectively
Use your financial acumen to identify trends, manage resource allocation, and support the delivery of value-driven outcomes across multiple programs

You’ll bring:
Tertiary qualifications in business, social impact, public policy or a related field
Demonstrated experience in program or project management in human services, education, health or community sectors
Strong financial and analytical capability – confident in budget tracking, financial reporting and performance analysis
High-level proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, complex formulas, and reporting
(Desirable) Experience with tools such as Power BI and project management platforms
Strategic thinking and operational focus – the ability to lead projects from concept to completion
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative working style
High attention to detail, with strong decision-making, problem-solving and communication abilities
(Desirable) Experience working in the early learning, not-for-profit or inclusion space
Valid Working with Children Check & National Police Check
