THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Sourcing Partner, you will play a critical part in strengthening our talent acquisition function by providing dedicated sourcing capability and administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Partners.
This role is central to the delivery of proactive candidate sourcing strategies across a range of functions and roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent aligned to current and future workforce needs. The Sourcing Partner will leverage innovative tools, talent platforms and direct sourcing techniques to identify, engage and qualify high-potential candidates, while also maintaining a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Working collaboratively across the People, function, this role will support operational efficiency by managing key administrative and coordination tasks within the recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, compliance and reporting. This will allow Talent Acquisition Partners to focus on stakeholder engagement and strategic hiring activities, driving improved recruitment outcomes across the business.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Sourcing Partner will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing, systems and process optimisation. This role represents an exciting opportunity to develop deep sourcing expertise while supporting the evolution of a high-performing talent function.
This will be a full time, 12-month contract based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement and continuously refine sourcing strategies to support business-wide recruitment needs, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and talent acquisition objectives.
- Drive operational efficiency within the sourcing function by streamlining processes, automating administrative tasks where possible, and championing best practice sourcing methodologies.
- Leverage market insights, talent mapping and sourcing analytics to anticipate hiring needs, assess candidate availability, and provide data-driven recommendations to Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Deliver a scalable and proactive sourcing model that balances speed, quality, and candidate experience, with a strong focus on building diverse talent pipelines.
- Support recruitment campaign delivery through high-volume sourcing initiatives, talent pooling, and targeted outreach, adapting strategies to meet the nuances of different roles and business units.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role briefs, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines, ensuring sourcing activity is aligned with business expectations.
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment, ideally within an in-house Talent Acquisition or RPO environment.
- Strong capability in using sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Proven ability to proactively identify, engage and pipeline candidates across a variety of job families and seniority levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the employer brand professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly in managing sourcing pipelines, data entry, and recruitment administration tasks.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
