Your Mission

As our new State Manager (SA), you’ll take full ownership of our branch operations—from factory floor to customer handover. You’ll lead production, installation, purchasing, and dispatch, while also nurturing key accounts, driving local market growth, and keeping our teams aligned, energised, and laser-focused on quality and service.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where no two days look the same, and your leadership directly impacts how we show up to customers and win in the market.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading a diverse and skilled team across production, installation, and logistics to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
  • Driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Championing a culture where customers come first, always.
  • Supporting sales and market expansion through pricing insights, local intel, and industry engagement.
  • Owning performance and financial results for the SA branch.
  • Building long-term relationships with our major builder and commercial clients.
  • Collaborating with executive leaders to bring the national strategy to life in your state.

  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and solve problems on the fly.

  • Proven experience managing construction, installation, or supply chain teams.
  • A knack for operational planning, resource management, and lean improvement.
  • Deep knowledge of customer service principles in a complex, multi-touch environment.
  • Strategic thinking, with the discipline to follow through on execution.
