About the RoleWe are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage and oversee our vehicle inventory across multiple dealership locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle deliveries, transfers, and stock movements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records
Liaise with manufacturers, transport companies, and internal departments
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations
Monitor and report on stock levels, availability, and performance metrics
Deal Processing
Ensure compliance with internal and external stock procedures
About You:
Previous experience as a stock controller in the automotive industry (essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g. Auto-IT, Pentana DMS)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A team player with a proactive and solution-focused attitude
