Student Connect provides administrative support and services to students across the lifecycle, from admission to enrollment, fees management, timetabling, and examination management to graduation. A network of campus-based Student Centres provides front-line inquiry services to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students. Student Connect also provides business leadership for the University’s suite of student systems and e-service solutions.
Job Description
- This position is similar to that of a call centre, and includes providing front-line inquiry services to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students, delivering high-quality face-to-face and phone services.
- As part of our front-line team, take a high volume of phone calls each day, alternating with taking face-to-face enquires at the front counter and responding to emails.
These positions are diverse, fun, and dynamic front line student interfacing roles.

About you
- You are a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with exceptional customer service skills.
- You enjoy providing high-level customer service in a busy and face-paced environment.
- You have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing high-level customer service and the ability to multi-task and provide accurate advice in a busy environment.
- You have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience working with students in a tertiary environment or a call centre will be highly regarded, but it is not compulsory!
Salary & Benefits
- This is a continuing HEW 4 level position with a base salary range $73,623 - $77,680 per annum + 17% superannuation. You will primarily be based at the Griffith University Gold Coast campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations
