Salary: From $61,061.10 gross pro rata per annum + up to 6% employer-matched super

Are you passionate about supporting seniors and creating vibrant, inclusive spaces? The City of Stirling is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Support Worker – Day Clubs to help deliver engaging activities and provide transport and care for our valued community members.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver and support engaging activities for seniors in a team environment
- Assist with transport to and from Day Clubs using City vehicles
- Contribute to planning and evaluating innovative programs
- Support customers’ health and independence through a wellness approach
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold dignity in all interactions

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Disability
- Experience working with seniors and culturally diverse communities
- Knowledge of contemporary senior programs and wellness principles
Essential Requirements:
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current C Class
- National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
- Ability to deliver group activities and work collaboratively
- Basic MS Office skills and strong communication abilities
