The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sustainability Specialist to join our national Sustainability team in Arndell Park. This role offers a unique chance to partner with major clients and contribute to developing processes for the team to grow and support the overall business with sustainability offering to our clients, as well as flexibility to work from different locations: Arndell Park, Pyrmont and WFH.

What you'll be responsible for
- Develop and implement tailored sustainability strategies for major clients
- Plan, deliver, and implement waste recovery and resource recovery projects
- Conduct site visits and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Prepare and present comprehensive waste management reports
- Advise clients on best practices in waste management for improved efficiency and sustainability
- Ensure delivery of contractual requirements and measurable results
What you'll need to be successful
- Experience in sustainability, waste management, or resource recovery advantageous
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of current sustainability trends and practices in residential, industrial, and health sectors
- Certificate 3 in environmental science, sustainability, or related field desired but not required
- Ability to plan, implement, and deliver results against contractual requirements
