Regis Resources is an ASX 200-listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team and a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. Regis is a purely Australian gold miner with significant open pit and underground operations, which includes the 100% owned Duketon Gold Project and a 30% ownership of the Tropicana Gold Project, both in Western Australia. In FY25, Regis expects to produce between 350 thousand and 380 thousand ounces of gold and has a current market capitalisation of nearly A$3.6 billion.

The current mine site locations are in the Northeastern Goldfields of WA, with multiple mining operations both open pit and underground. Job Description

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Tenement and Land Officer to provide a range of coordination and administrative functions to support the Principal Land, Tenure and Heritage in management of Regis Resources’ land tenure in WA and NSW.

This exciting role will suit a proactive, hardworking professional who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. This is a 12-month fixed term contract (parental leave coverage), based in our corporate offices in Subiaco.

About the Role

  • Timely preparation and lodgement of statutory forms, applications, submissions and reports to relevant government agencies
  • Coordination and lodgement of statutory technical reports, including liaison with technical team members
  • Management of rent and rate payments
  • Maintenance of land tenure database
  • Assistance in managing third-party communications
  • Assistance in preparation of internal reporting relating to tenement movements and upcoming obligations.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in administration of mining tenements
  • Applicants with experience in property management, in a legal environment or highly skilled administrators and field assistants in the mining industry will also be considered
  • A tertiary qualification in commerce or law is desirable but not essential
  • High competency with Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with DMPE online systems such as Mineral Titles Online and Tengraph
  • Very high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and systems.
