About the Position
We are looking to welcome a Therapy Services Coordinator to lead the Safe Healing Therapy Service to enhance mental health outcomes for families impacted by domestic and family violence and sexual violence.
- Full time opportunity.
- Level 7 under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $119,094 - $124,074 plus super.
- Government funded until 30 June 2026 with possible extension.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead a team to deliver quality outcomes within a culture focused on impact, accountability and innovation.
- Provide supervision and leadership for team members, with a focus on practice excellence.
- Establish and maintain collaborative sector partnerships to enable seamless service delivery.
- Respond and manage referrals into the service, intake, waitlist management & allocation to therapists.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and registration as needed (psychology, social work, counselling).
- At least five years’ experience in a therapeutic/recovery setting working with children, young people and their families who have been impacted by child sexual abuse, family domestic and sexual violence.
- Demonstrated ability leading and building a strong, cohesive team.
- Management experience within a therapeutic service delivery context.
