Join our fast-paced, friendly team as a Trainee Business Support and Customer Relations Officer - the perfect first step into the world of Business Administration and Customer Service.
This role is ideal for recent school leavers who want to learn on the job, gain real-world experience, and start building a future career. In this traineeship, you'll learn important admin skills like helping out with questions and requests from both staff and customers. It's a great way to start building your career in office and business work. You'll get real, hands-on experience while also studying to complete a Certificate IV in Business Administration.
About you
We are searching for a highly motivated, enthusiastic candidate who is looking to develop a career in Business Administration and Customer Service. No formal training or experience is necessary however you must have:
- Minimum completion of Year 10 or equivalent with passes in English or equivalent and ability to undertake a Certificate IV in Business Administration;
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Microsoft Office, email and internet;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
- Demonstrated positive attitude to teamwork; willingness to learn and demonstrated initiative; and
- Demonstrated commitment to providing good customer services.

Remuneration
Hourly rate as per the Local Government (State) Award plus superannuation
