THE OPPORTUNITY
The Bayview is looking for a full-time Venue Supervisor who is committed to delivering exceptional service across the following:
- Be ultimately accountable for the delivery of operational performance in front-line team
- Be responsible for developing the skills of staff in product knowledge specific to food, tasting notes, service, team culture and guest relationships
- Staff on-the-job training
- Operational compliance audits
- Ensure RSA and RCG compliance
- Ensuring floor, bar and gaming procedural compliance
- Monitor shift hours and organise staff breaks
- Monitor product consistency & spend per head
- Sequence of service
- Open and closing venues in accordance with Laundy expectations
- Opportunity for promotion and progression for the right candidate
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar position
- A strong focus on delivering high standards and exceptional customer service
- Be hands-on and operational
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Strong food/ dietaries knowledge
- Strong floor operations knowledge
- Strong food and beverage product knowledge
- Attention to detail
- RSA, RCG
- First Aid
- Be available for a rotating roster. Days, night and weekend work required.
