Yo-Chi has OFFICIALLY landed at Melbourne's iconic Highpoint Shopping Centre and the word has got around fast! Now we're looking for an exceptional Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager to help lead the way, bring the good vibes, and shape this thriving new store.
As a Venue leader, you’ll be at the heart of it all. You'll ensure every guest leaves with a smile, every shift runs smoothly, and your team feels inspired and supported. You'll oversee everything from team development and customer service to inventory, KPIs, and venue performance.
What you’ll do:
Lead by example and drive exceptional customer experiences.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and smooth daily operations
Manage daily operations, stock control and inventory
Champion a safe, positive work environment that meets all Health & Safety standards
Recruit, train, motivate and develop a high performing team
Own key metrics like Labour, COGs, and P&L
Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR = bonus!)
A people first mindset with demonstrated experience building strong teams
Positive, proactive, and hands on. You lead from the front!
Solutions focused
Strong organisational skills and ability to remain calm in high impact environments
Confident managing rosters, performance, and team development
