Are you ready to lead a team in one of Canberra’s most dynamic entertainment destinations? As our Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our ONLY dual-branded Zone Bowling & Timezone venue in Canberra! From bowling lanes & games to events, you’ll help create unforgettable experiences for guests of all ages!

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Be a hands-on leader, supporting daily operations and technical functions to keep the good times rolling!
• Inspire and empower your team through roster planning, training, and mentoring
• Drive excellence in guest experience, ensuring every visit is memorable
• Collaborate with the Venue Manager to shape the success of the venue
• Champion our values: FUN, REMARKABLE, REAL, OBSESSED, PARTNER - every single day
• Who You Are
• You’ve got a valid Working With Vulnerable People Check (or are ready to get one!)
• You hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• You’re a natural leader with experience in hospitality or entertainment venues (technical experience would be amazing too, but not essential by any means!)
• You bring energy, innovation, and drive, and inspire your team to do the same
• You’re a relationship builder, especially when it comes to corporate and social bookings
• You understand the financial side of business and are eager to grow!
• You’re passionate about making people smile and creating WOW moments.
