What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading daily front-of-house operations with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring a passionate restaurant and bar team to deliver standout service
- Creating a positive, performance-driven culture that values consistency and care
- Driving pre-service briefings, ongoing staff development, and service refinements
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen and events team to ensure seamless execution
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and contributing to the leadership team’s success

- A seasoned hospitality professional with experience in high-volume, quality-driven restaurants and bars
- A natural leader who leads from the front with energy, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset
- Strong skills in staff training, development, and performance management
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and an excellent communicator
- A passion for service and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences
