The Role
We are seeking a Veteran Pathways Manager to oversee the client journey from enquiry to onboarding, ensuring every veteran and their family is welcomed and supported with professionalism and care. This position supervises the Client Engagement Officer, manages enquiries and onboarding processes, and oversees practice support functions such as client communications, accounts, and resource management. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and the Veteran Services Team Leader to ensure a seamless client pathway, while also contributing to community engagement and marketing initiatives.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in client services, administration, or practice management.
- Is highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Brings strong communication and leadership skills.
- Is confident using CRMs and digital tools (Zoho experience highly regarded).
- Is motivated by purpose and wants to contribute to the wellbeing of veterans.
- Holds a current National Police Clearance.
