As our Virtual Assistant / Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will include:
- Answering incoming calls and providing friendly, professional customer service

- Sending quotes and invoices promptly
- Processing client payments
- Managing cleaners’ schedules and job allocations
- Handling customer service requests and queries
- Managing our social media pages (posting, engagement, updates)
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Running email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
- Managing and organising Mailchimp lists and automations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in admin, reception, or VA role preferred
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with technology, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
- Experience with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks or Xero a plus, but not essential)
- Experience using Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platform) desirable
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
Location:
This is a remote / work-from-home role. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
