An opportunity for a Warehouse Storeperson to support operations at our warehouse/distribution centre in Adelaide. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, this is a permanent, full-time role located in Angle Park, SA.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring donated goods are effectively and accurately sorted for store use in a timely manner - This includes determining if such goods appear to be of sufficient quality to be re-sold in our store.
- Pick and prepare store orders efficiently and correctly using the correct paperwork, systems and operating procedures.
- Other duties may include baling clothing, loading or unloading stock from trucks, maintaining cleanliness of the work area and disposal of unusable items.
- Meeting occupational health and safety obligations.
- Occasionally required to move trucks in and out of the warehouse
ABOUT YOU
As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following essential criteria:
- Forklift licence (Essential)
- MR Licence (Preferred)
- Demonstrated warehouse experience ideally in a retail environment (Preferred)
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of customer service.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work under supervision and to work in accordance with a schedule.
