About the job:
Adjudicate Warranty, Goodwill, and Extended claims per OEM policies, recalls, and campaigns. Support multiple OEMs within the Aftersales Centre of Excellence. Cross-training across brands enables coverage during peak periods or absences, offering opportunities for personal growth and career development.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise on warranty claims using OEM guidelines and local bulletins; adjudicate claims promptly and accurately.
- Support dealers with claim resolution, training, and timely responses to warranty-related queries.
- Manage and submit claims via SAP or designated systems; reconcile monthly OEM credit notes.
- Assist in policy reviews and system testing; support IT during upgrades and maintain training materials.
- Analyse and share data trends with technical teams; contribute to ACL case assessments and third-party repairer communications.
- Enhance customer experience by supporting escalations, providing PWA authorisations, and conducting warranty training sessions.
About you:
- Experience & Technical Skills: 3–5 years’ warranty experience at dealership or OEM level; technical background preferred; strong Excel and SAP skills.
- Communication & Organisation: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Core Competencies: Customer-centric, accountable, decisive, with strong planning, influencing, negotiation, and business acumen.
- Attention to Detail & Organisation: High level of accuracy, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
