The Opportunity:
We are looking for a detail-driven Warranty Administration Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of warranty claims for John Deere, Vermeer, and other RDO-supported equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims for John Deere, Vermeer, and other supported brands
- Collaborate with service departments, technicians, and OEMs to gather and verify documentation
- Track claim progress and follow up on outstanding submissions
- Maintain comprehensive records of warranty transactions and communications
- Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and recurring issues.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in warranty administration or equipment service support (preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with John Deere and Vermeer systems and equipment (desirable)
- Mechanical knowledge desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
