We are currently seeking two candidates to join our team: one experienced Warranty Clerk and one Junior Warranty Clerk to join the team based in Burwood.
What the role entails:
- Compile and complete warranty claims following brand guidelines and costing of repair orders
- Ensure valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted are kept
- Maintain monthly reconciliation of claims and submit transport and hidden damage claims
- Ensure proper documentation and verifying criteria is provided to the manufacturer or distributor
- Ensure clear direction on factory policy decisions are adhered to at all times
- Effectively liaising with the Workshop Foreman, Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure we provide the best service to our customers – both external and internal
What we are looking for:
- Automotive experience preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of automotive warranty claims guidelines is advantageous
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Strong interpersonal, communication and numeracy skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks as required
- Excellent attention to detail and following processes
- Effective conflict resolution skills to facilitate positive outcomes in a timely manner
- Ability to work within a team environment with a can do attitude
- Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and create memorable customer experiences
- Punctual, reliable, confident and friendly with a professional attitude
