A key function of this role is high-volume hiring for our Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, and AMZL Delivery Stations. This requires building strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and ACES. Our team will work closely with these teams to understand upcoming hiring needs and contribute to the labour planning process.
Once hiring plans are in place, our Managers will partner with agencies to execute them and ensure hiring targets are met. Effective agency management is pivotal for high-volume hiring, so Managers must monitor the hiring process and hold agencies accountable regarding candidate progress through the hiring process, aging applications and app to hire ratio. In the instance where our hiring is at risk, our Managers must flag the risk suggest mitigation strategies.
Additionally, Managers are responsible for daily labour demand and Agency Associate life-cycle management, from onboarding to end of assignment. This includes owning inputs into the overall labour planning process, such as attrition, utilization, and availability; as well as executing on Operations roster requirements, being the constant conduct between Operations and the agency.
Key job responsibilities
Agency Management including relationship and maintenance of pool integrity
Management of Labour Order Fill rate
End to end Green Badge pool management. This requires partnership with Operations and delivering the daily fill rates and providing all required information
Ability to interpret data and provide business reports
Partners with WFS leadership to support community groups to leverage grassroots sourcing channels to develop talent communities to fill positions
Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated Node or assigned geographical area

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience in Workforce Planning, Human Resources or similar
- Experience with HR processes and systems
- Ability to manage a complex high-volume recruitment process
- Strong analytical capacity to examine and find solutions to operational challenges
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience working with internal and external clients
