The Role
As our Workforce Management Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our workforce planning and rostering efforts. But this isn’t just a back-office role—it’s a true partnership with our Service Managers and Area Directors. You’ll work side-by-side with operational leaders to ensure every roster is fair, every shift is covered, and every staffing decision supports a great experience for our people and families.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating closely with Service Managers and Area Directors to build efficient, equitable rosters.
- Auditing schedules and time worked to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Managing agency staffing requests and approvals with precision and consistency.
- Supporting recruitment planning and job requisition creation in Workday.
- Leading cyclical workforce activities like holiday planning and transition statements.
- Holding regular performance check-ins with operational leaders to drive workforce strategy.
What You’ll Bring

- Confidence in managing high-volume admin and workforce data.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in rostering, workforce planning, or operational support.
