Come join our dynamic team as a Workforce Transformation Manager, a pivotal role in crafting the future of our workforce. Based in Macquarie Park, New South Wales, Australia, this opportunity will empower you to lead and implement world-class workforce strategies that drive our business forward.
The day to day
Lead workforce transformation initiatives including organisational design, workforce planning, and capability development.
Partner with senior leaders and P&C teams to craft and deliver workforce strategies that align with business objectives.
Analyse workforce data, trends, and future capability requirements to support evidence-based decision-making.
Design and manage workforce transition programs including role changes, redeployment, and workforce reduction programs where required.
Implement change management strategies to support colleague engagement and adoption of workforce initiatives.
Develop and track workforce transformation metrics and report outcomes to executive leadership.
Ensure workforce transformation programs align with legal, industrial, and organisational policies.
Why you are our next Workforce Transformation Manager
Proven experience in workforce planning, organisational design, or transformation programs.
Effective collaborator management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior executives.
Demonstrated analytical capability with workforce data and insights.
Experience in change management methodologies and people transition programs.
Future-focused, with a passion for enabling people and organisational success.
High resilience, emotional intelligence, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions.
