Reporting directly to our Workforce Strategy and Transformation Leader, we are seeking an exceptional Manager to join the team to help shape our future workforce. This an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, contribute to Firmwide strategy, and set Deloitte apart in the market. This role is at a Manager level and will be a permanent position.
What will your typical day look like?
You will play a key role in partnering with AU leadership teams and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to shape and execute strategic and operational workforce planning initiatives that align with the organisation’s future workforce needs. You will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workforce planning processes within Deloitte, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure workforce strategies are in sync with business goals and objectives.
About the team
The Talent Transformation Office within National Talent shapes workforce strategies and initiatives to enable business transformation. To support the firm’s evolving needs, we analyse both internal and external trends to prepare our employees for future change. We work with broad spectrum of stakeholders on a daily basis – at National and BU levels, across Business & Enabling Areas, and Member Firms across the globe.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:
5-8 years of relevant experience in Workforce Strategy and/or Transformation or similar
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes that align with strategic goals and priorities
Experience in leveraging data to drive workforce decisions, analysing trends, workforce drivers, and gaps to inform actionable strategies
Strong understanding of external market trends, industry dynamics, and the unique context of Deloitte Australia, using these insights to guide and shape workforce planning decisions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present, facilitate workshops, and engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong leader stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building relationships, influencing decisions, and fostering collaboration across teams
