The Workplace Design Standards and Insight Lead will be a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team, contributing to the consistent and successful design of client workplace projects.This role involves maintaining global design standards, metrics, and vendor arrangements, while continuously improving workplace design effectiveness, efficiency, and value.
The Lead will provide design oversight and advice for emerging and ongoing capital works projects. Additionally, the Lead will analyze voice of customer data (quantitative and qualitative), digital resources (desk
and meeting room bookings), and observation studies to identify opportunities for enhancing workplace design
and experience.

Job Description
About the Role:
- Design Standards & Project Strategy: Serve as the SME for workspace design by maintaining and evolving client's global design standards across all aspects of workplace strategy, supporting project scoping and delivery, and ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and efficient execution.
- HSE, Risk & Commercial: Translate workplace operations and risks into design and contractual standards that align with BHP’s commercial requirements, minimize HSE risks, and support adherence to location-specific operational budgets.
- Project Delivery & Vendor Management: Support project delivery and vendor management by assisting in the selection and onboarding of design vendors, ensuring compliance with BHP standards, overseeing consultant performance, and contributing to project close-out activities.
- Stakeholder Relationships & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Property & Workplace and Service Partner teams to evolve and align design standards with workplace strategy, integrate technology for seamless experiences, apply data-driven improvements, and promote continuous learning and efficiency in design delivery.
- Workplace Insights: Analyze and improve workplace standards and experience by leveraging various data sources, conducting sentiment analysis from Voice of Customer (VoC) activities, and continuously refining data inputs.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in workplace design and project delivery, with expertise in workplace strategy, learning development, and business processes.
- Strong autonomy and teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
- A deep understanding of customer experience and strategic planning is essential.
