12D DesignerThe Opportunity:
With continued growth across our business, KBR is seeking a 12D Designer to join our Design Delivery Civil Team – experts in Transport, Maritime, Water, Defence, and Energy projects. You will play a key role in delivering landmark transport and defence infrastructure projects across Perth and other states.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality civil design and drafting using 12D and AutoCAD.
- Liaise confidently with stakeholders including project managers, engineers, and junior staff.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, stepping into a leadership role when required.
What You Will Bring:
You are motivated by the challenge of delivering civil defence and community projects. You have a proven background in major civil infrastructure, including drainage works, and hold Australian Citizenship to support Defence projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years civil design experience in civil projects preferably in WA.
- High-level proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD; exposure to Bentley Rail and OpenRoads will be highly regarded but is not essential.
- Strong design expertise in earthworks, road, drainage design or land development.
- Ability to balance practical solutions with innovative thinking.
- Extensive experience in a professional design environment.
- Applicants must currently reside in Australia and hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
- Eligibility for Defence Security Clearance is highly regarded.
