Since signing up our first participant in October 2016 Plan Partners has rapidly grown to become Australia’s leading expert in NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination.
We are offering opportunities to suitably experienced and passionate people to join our growing business, supporting people with a disability to realise their goals in life.
As a Customer Service Officer you will join our busy frontline Customer Service team and assist in answering enquiries as they come through our 1300 number as well as responding to emails that are sent to our general inbox.
You will field a wide range of queries from a number of sources across a number of topics, providing a high level of customer service at all times. NDIS participants may call through to query or make changes to their plan, perhaps querying whether their NDIS budget funds their therapy sessions; one of the service providers from our network may call through querying the status of an invoice; parents or guardians of participants may need help or assistance regarding the plan of someone in their care.

To succeed as a Customer Service Officer with Plan Partners you will have:
- Highly developed communication skills (vocal and written), with people from all different backgrounds
- Solid general administration and MS Office skills
- Proficient use of Client Management Systems
- An understanding of the disability sector, and some exposure to NDIS
