Brisbane QLDTemporaryPrincipal responsibilities of this role: • Develop and maintain information systems, guidelines, rules, procedures, resources and tools to ensure that requests for information are responded to in a timely and efficient manner. • Undertake projects as requested by the Director, South East Service Area. • Assist in the review of service area and service centre strategies, practices and procedures in relation to the delivery of services to people with a disability to ensure an integrated and consistent system. • Plan, undertake and report on projects as identified by the service area.

  • Contribute to the development of operational plans and strategies to address the integration of planning processes that are consistent with departmental goals and objectives. • Assist the implementation of appropriate quality monitoring mechanisms and evaluation procedures, and assist with service evaluations. • Assist in the identification of service area and/or service centre priorities and planning in the delivery of services. • Represent the service area in meetings and/or forums with government and non-government agencies, and promote a positive public image of the DepartmentTo be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate capability in the following areas: • You identify the relationship between organisational goals and operational tasks.
