We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our busy and highly varied Finance team based in Burwood. This opportunity is ideal for someone with prior experience in administration, accounts, or data entry, looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of deals across allocated brands
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing and distributing high volumes of emails
- Preparing general journals
- Allocating manufacturer payments and warranties
- Raising accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Supporting month-end processing and team goals
- Processing payments and floorplan payouts
- Handling franchise-related queries and tasks
- Assisting with ad-hoc administration duties
- Providing general support to the broader Accounts department
About you:
- Previous experience in an accounts or administration role
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
