Operating from our purpose-built facility in Yarraville, we house a modern production kitchen and warehouse on the ground floor with a collaborative office space above.

What you’ll do:
- Process customer and supplier invoices in MYOB
- Allocate customer payments and handle daily banking transactions
- Assist Operational Managers with data entry, stock tracking, and ordering
- Provide admin support including scheduling, emails, and record‑keeping
- Support the Managing Executive and team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks
- Provide general accounts and office support to keep operations running smoothly
About you:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
- Some admin or accounts experience preferred; MYOB knowledge is an advantage

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
