About the Role:
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our national vehicle fleet operating seamlessly by managing tolls, traffic infringements, and supporting the broader fleet and operations teams with efficient, high-quality administrative assistance. Your day-to-day will involve processing toll charges, resolving discrepancies, entering data into our systems, and maintaining accurate records and correspondence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to, the following:
- Monitor, process, and reconcile all toll charges and traffic infringements linked to Carbiz’s national fleet.
- Use toll provider websites to update driver details and assign responsibility for tolls.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in toll transactions.
- Manually input toll and infringement data into the internal systems (Salesforce).
- Answer calls and emails from customers or partners about tolls and fines, providing helpful and timely support.
- Work with external providers, service vendors, and authorities to manage toll and infringement matters.
- Keep accurate records of all fines, payments, disputes, and related communication.
- Open, scan, and upload incoming mail into our systems, and deliver physical mail to the right teams.
- Provide general administrative support across the business as required.
About You:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where structure and consistency are key. Highly organised and detail-focused, you're at your best when managing high-volume and structured tasks. Whether it’s logging into multiple portals, managing a queue of customer enquiries, or maintaining accurate databases.
- Experience in a high-volume administration role (essential).
- Familiarity with toll systems or traffic infringement processes (desirable but not essential).
- High attention to detail and proven data entry accuracy.
- Tech savvy - Confident using online portals and CRMs.
- Self-organised and able to juggle competing priorities.
