Administration Assistant - Learning & Development

About the role
This role supports our Learning and Development team across course scheduling, participant registration, reporting, data entry, creating resources, and materials management. Along with being the first point of contact for enquiries the role provides great customer service and solutions to our diverse employee groups.
About you
First things first, you'll be reliable, bring energy and drive, and be looking for a role where what you do makes a difference. You'll be known for being the person people can count on, have incredible attention to detail and great with excel, data management and reporting. You’ll love being organised, problem solving and being across a diverse range of tasks. Ideally you'll have experience in a similar role, but if you have the skills, experience in administration and are wanting to develop further in L & D/HR, we would love to hear from you. Key experience will include:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Prior experience using Moodle or Chris 21 is desirable
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage your time is a must - you'll thrive when having to juggle mutliple tasks and deadlines!
- Great communication skills and the ability to liaise with others from a range of backgrounds and at all levels in an organisation
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
