Your role
The Administration Supervisor coordinates the administration team to provide, and directly provides, quality customer, administration and support services to a broad range of stakeholders including but not limited to, staff in the office/hub, other agencies, members of the public and offenders. The role ensures effective administration services are delivered to facilitate the efficient operation of the Community Corrections office. The Administration Supervisor is responsible for coaching, training and leading a team of up to five administration team members.

What you’ll do
To be successful for this role, you will always display integrity and be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will always maintain confidentiality whilst utilising your proven experience to meet the demands of this role effectively. Resilience, initiative, high attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work under pressure are the key attributes to succeed in this fast-paced role. Essential requirements
  • Current driver's licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role
