Position Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, provide high-level administrative support to managers, and contribute to the coordination of key operational and HR functions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Deliver efficient administrative support to managers and teams, including document preparation, and internal communications.
- Coordinate new client referrals, draft intake documents, and finalise onboarding paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and support general office functions to ensure an organised and compliant work environment.
- Utilise Microsoft Office programs effectively to manage data, communications, and reporting needs.
- Maintain compliance with sector requirements, including a current WWVP card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, staff scheduling, and rostering to ensure seamless service delivery and team support.
About You
- Previous experience in administrative or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
- Excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with NDIS and allied health services is highly regarded but not essential.
- Familiarity with Deputy is preferred but not essential
