We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Administrative Assistant to join the team at Border Security, Burleigh Heads in a varied role supporting the office/accounts manager. Hours will range from 20 to 25 per week which are flexible.
About the role
- Providing general administrative support, including filling, data entry, and general office duties
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Assisting with other administrative and office support tasks as required
- Previous experience in office administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with Reckon Accounting System preferable
- The ability to handle sensitive information and situations in a confidential and confident manner.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accounts receivables and payables (an advantage but not essential)
- Experience with SAP Ariba (preferred but not essential)
