About the Role
Are you seeking a dynamic position that offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to be part of a vibrant community hub? Castle Hill Fitness & Aquatic Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant & Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Confidently use computer systems for bookings, emails, data entry, and stock ordering
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and throughout the facility
- Answer phone calls, manage member inquiries, and support team operations
- Assist with facility bookings, membership queries, and general customer support
- Promote our programs, services, and special offers to members and visitors
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all patrons
- Learn and adapt to new systems and procedures with a proactive mindset
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, reliable, and organized approach to work
- Passion for health, fitness, and community wellbeing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Our Opening Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Weekends: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
