This role will initially be working from home until we secure an office on the Tablelands
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, assisting with documentation, scheduling, and communication to help deliver high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to a small team of Case Managers
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Prepare reports and correspondence as required
Support the team with general office duties
About You:
✔ Previous experience in administration (preferably in aged care or healthcare) ✔ Strong organisational and time-management skills ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment ✔ A compassionate and client-focused approach
