The Contract: Ongoing, Part Time 48.0 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday business hours
The Position:
The Administration Support Officer perform a range of clerical tasks in an accurate and efficient manner. Key to this role is the provision of outstanding customer service to colleagues with an approach that is professional, approachable, responsive and compassionate at all times.

What you need:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative/customer service role
- A Certificate in Business or Business Administration (Level III or above) is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise in response to varying work requirements
- Well-developed written and spoken communication skills

The Allied Health Administration team will provide support specifically to the disciplines within the Allied Health Department including Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy, Social Work and Speech Therapy.
