Microflite Aviation is one of Australia’s leading aviation service providers, operating a modern fleet of helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft across emergency services, charter, and high-end tourism. We're looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to support our General Manager and broader team in key Human Resources and administration functions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, values attention to detail, and enjoys contributing to both day-to-day tasks and longer-term projects in a positive, people-focused work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the General Manager and team as needed
  • Assist with Human Resources administration: induction coordination, contracts, and policy updates
  • Process fortnightly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain and update the company Human Resource and document management systems
  • Support general administration functions: scanning, filing, data entry, correspondence
  • Work on system improvement projects
  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and Human Resource compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in administration or human resource support roles (aviation experience a bonus, but not required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
