The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our team based in Rocklea 4106. As the Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Queensland Waste team.
Monday to Friday 7.30 start times - Full time on site

What you'll be responsible for
Specialised administrative duties including general administrative duties, managing purchase orders and receipt, billing, customer service, document management and ensuring legislative reporting requirements are met.- Assisting with operational duties when needed, such as coordinating daily works, using SAP, distributing run sheets and ensuring paperwork is compliant.
- Heavy reliance on fast and accurate data entry skills.
What you'll need to be successful
Demonstrated success in a similar administration role- Prior experience working in Transport would be highly regarded
- High level organisation, accuracy, prioritisation and problem solving
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
