This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in welcoming new families to our vibrant school community and guiding them through the enrolment journey.
As one of the first points of contact for prospective and new families, you will provide an exceptional admissions experience, from initial enquiry through to confirmed enrolment. You will handle both domestic and international applications, coordinate tours and events, maintain accurate records, and work closely with colleagues across the school to ensure a seamless transition for new students.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, confident using school management systems, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service that reflects our values of Community, Creativity, Scholarship and Courage.
Experience in an admissions or enrolment role, ideally in an educational setting, is highly regarded. Familiarity with CRICOS and international student processes will be an advantage, and training can be provided for the right candidate.
