An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join the National Admissions Team.
This role plays a key part in shaping the student journey by ensuring the seamless and timely processing of applications for admission. As a National Admissions Officer, you will:
- Assess and process domestic student applications accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- Provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Prepare data reports, training sessions, and written communications to support admissions operations.
- Support team operations through general administrative tasks and active participation in continuous improvement.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated administrative experience with strong communication (both oral and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using large corporate systems, with extensive knowledge of business support software, including word processing, spreadsheets, database management systems, and email.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
- Proven knowledge or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures with the ability to adhere to strict guidelines and make informed decisions.
- A degree with relevant experience, or extensive experience and expertise in technical or administrative fields, or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
