  • Process and verify enrolment paperwork for compliance
  • Meet daily performance targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Compliance, and Training Delivery

About You

  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in an RTO or administrative role (preferred)

  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
  • Certificate III in Business/Customer Contact or similar (Cert IV TAE desirable)

Why Join BAA?

  • Be part of a passionate and purpose-driven organisation
  • Melbourne CBD location – close to public transport
  • Collaborative team culture built on integrity, respect, loyalty and honesty
  • Opportunity for professional growth and development
  • Make a meaningful impact on the future of Australia’s construction workforce
