About you:
In your new role you will:
Develop quality leadership skills in relation to the delivery of Occupational Therapy services within the Cairns Hospital by initiating, implementing and evaluating Occupational Therapy workplace instructions, relevant to the position and supporting organisational change.
Facilitate and monitor self-development to ensure ongoing education in order to meet professional competency, and mandatory training requirements, developing and maintaining records of same as evidence for audit purposes.
Providing a range of specialised clinical screening assessments for patients with complex needs as delegated by and under the direction of the therapist.
