Key accountabilities include:
- Contribute to the development of corporate governance frameworks and associated strategies, policies, tools, templates and guidelines to ensure a consistent approach to governance.
- Provide secretariat support for the Board of Management including preparing agendas, collating and distributing meeting papers and following up on action items.
- Ensure committee governance documents are maintained and published in accordance with established processes.
- Coordinate the development of complex reports and submissions, briefing notes, publications and correspondence.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
