About the role:
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, has a sharp eye for detail, and gets genuine satisfaction from keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you love L&D administration, enjoy being part of a fun and collaborative team, and want the freedom to bring your own creative flair to the role, we’d love to hear from you.
As the Advisor, Learning and Development, you’ll support the design and delivery of learning initiatives across MRPV including managing the training calendar, LMS, vendor contracts and digital content creation using Articulate.
Working closely with our People Partnership and Organisational Development teams, you’ll partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver accessible, high-impact learning experiences that build capability and drive continuous improvement. Specifically, you’ll:
- Design, coordinate and deliver an annual training calendar that meets business needs and is clearly communicated to stakeholders.
- Manage contracts and project administration for the People and Capability Development Services (PCDS) panel – including vendor engagement, invoice processing and budget tracking while ensuring compliance with procurement and finance processes.
- Maintain and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is accurate, up to date and accessible. You’ll also generate reports and use data insights to monitor compliance, learner engagement and training outcomes.
- Support the smooth delivery of learning programs by managing end-to-end logistics such as scheduling, enrolments, communications, technology and venues, and post-session evaluation.
- Building strong relationships across both public and private sector stakeholders to manage in-house learning programs and ensure program expectations, requests and delivery are well coordinated
