Your opportunity:
As our valued Agency Liason Officer, you will play a vital role in fulfilling regulatory obligations and delivering exceptional customer service to Customers, Law Enforcement and Government Agencies in the lawful disclosure of information; the preparation of documentation for Court and advice to those agencies on the nature and type of assistance TPG can provide.
You'll make impact by:
- High volume of data processing
- Responding to lawful requests for information from Law Enforcement Agencies, ensuring the quality of response is accurate and serves the purpose of the Agencies.
- Project work as directed
- Administration duties e.g. account management and office management
- Maintaining and upholding a high level of confidentiality
- Assisting TPG in meeting its legislative requirements under the Telecommunications Act, Telecommunications (Interception) Act, and the Privacy Act
What you’ll bring:
- Ability to prioritise requests, action and deliver within the set KPI. Respond to requests for assistance on an as needs basis.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge (Macro experience a bonus)
- Ability to monitor and ensure the delivery of excellent standards of customer service to Law Enforcement Agencies.
- Must be Security Cleared and/or eligible to be obtain Security Clearance/s to the Secret level or as required by TPG.
- Ability to present a positive and professional image of TPG by building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to understand the legal framework within which assistance is provided.
