What you will do - Essential Responsibilities
- Architect, develop and optimise secure automation workflows utilising n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate, Supabase and related platforms
- Integrate APIs and automate data flows between various SaaS platforms and core client systems
- Apply prompt engineering and LLM (Large Language Model) skills (especially ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini) to build intelligent, context-aware automations
- Use low-code and code-first solutions (such as Replit, Cursor IDE, Lovable, JavaScript and Python) to extend, script and troubleshoot advanced workflows
- Connect and manage low-code or vector databases (Supabase, PGVector, Pinecone, Azure Data Warehouse) in support of automated and AI-powered business solutions
- Embed privacy, security and compliance best practice in every deliverable, ensuring suitability for sectors such as Healthcare and Not-for-Profit
- Take ownership of documentation and solution handover to promote operational continuity and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with strategy, AI and business teams to ensure client solutions are robust and ready for scale
- Stay across new tool releases, security advisories and emerging best practice in secure AI-enabled automation
Required qualifications
- Minimum two years' practical experience designing and building workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, Make.com or Power Automate
- Advanced ability in API integration, webhooks, JSON and SaaS workflow design
- Strong experience working with at least one low-code database (such as Supabase, PGVector or Pinecone)
- Demonstrated capability with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering within automation scenarios
- Programming or scripting proficiency in at least one language (for example, JavaScript or Python)
- Experience using modern code-enabled tools (Replit, Cursor IDE, Lovable) to configure or extend workflow solutions
- Commitment to privacy, cybersecurity and compliance standards (including the Australian Privacy Act, APPs and, where required, HIPAA)
- Strong critical thinking, independent problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
Desirable skills
- Experience working with healthcare or similarly regulated industries
- Familiarity with communication and voice AI integrations (e.g. Vapi, Fireflies, Fathom, ElevenLabs)
- CRM or operations stack knowledge (e.g. Go High Level, Notion)
- Proficiency with NextJS and React for web applications
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and workflow monitoring tools
- Consulting or client-facing experience in technical solution design
