About the Role:
This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary team who provide quality patient care to our aging cohort within their home environment. The role works under the supervision of an Allied Health professional and is responsible for providing individual patient related support activities that promote engagement in therapy programs and help ensure a safe and supportive environment. The role works with multiple allied health disciplines which may include but is not limited to Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Dietetics, ensuring lots of diversity in your days. This position is based at Bundoora Centre and has monthly ADO’s.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience and understanding of the needs of our aging cohort
- Proven ability to work well within a large team
- Demonstrated experience to work autonomously
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
