About the Role

As Community Services Manager, you’ll take the reins on a diverse and meaningful portfolio of programs — including Therapy and Behaviour Support, Family Intervention Services, and more. You'll be steering a talented multi-disciplinary team to deliver services that are person-centered, strengths-based, and truly life-changing.

You’ll report to our Director of Community & Allied Health and be responsible for planning and budgets to team development and service innovation.

About You

You’re not just a manager — you’re a mentor, a collaborator, and a big-picture thinker. You know how to balance strategy with heart, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

You’ll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field, Psychology, Social Work/Science (and current professional registration)
  • 3+ years leading diverse teams in health or social care settings
  • Operational management experience – budgets, planning, service delivery
  • A passion for person-centered, capacity-building approaches
  • A strong grasp of disability, aged care, and early intervention services
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • NSW WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, Police Check, First Aid, Driver’s Licence

Desirable:

  • Management or Business qualifications
  • Experience across NDIS, Education, Aged Care, Child & Family services
